I grew up in Pasadena, CA, and for as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to make movies. In Kindergarten, I drew a picture of myself holding a VHS, with the caption “I want to make a movie.” My teacher corrected the caption to say “I want to make a video” (she was one of those pragmatic Kindergarten teachers). Several years and dozens of stop-motion Lego “videos” later, I graduated with a B.F.A. in film production from Chapman University and set out to make movies professionally.

I’ve worked as an editor and art director on dozens of main title sequences for film and TV, including Godzilla vs. Kong, The Lion King, Mary Poppins Returns, Mrs. America, Fosse/Verdon, Justice League, Creed II, Crazy Rich Asians, Tomb Raider, Hightown, Ava, and more.

Recently, I was an additional editor on Silent Night (2023) and The Killer (2024), and directed the short films Framed and Seance for the ‘Gram.
