Sam Schlenker is an LA-based writer/director/editor with a passion for both comedy and drama. He received a B.F.A. in film production from Chapman University, before working as an editor for dozens of main title sequences for movies and TV, including Mary Poppins Returns, Mrs. America, Fosse/Verdon, Tomb Raider, Hightown, Ava, and Godzilla vs. Kong (on which he was also an art director).

He has written and directed commercials and music videos, as well as award-winning short films that have played in film festivals around the world, including “Seance for the ‘Gram” and “Framed,” and is currently developing two feature film projects. He served as an additional editor on Silent Night (2023) and The Killer (2024), both directed by John Woo and edited by Zach Staenberg.
